ADDAPTive receiver amplifier presented at EuMIC 2016

In October 2017, the European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference, which is one of the premier European technical conference for RF, microwave and Terahertz microelectronics, takes place in London, UK. At this conference TU Dresden will present one of the fist bandwidth and power adaptive optical receiver amplifier implemented in a 28-nm CMOS technology. By scaling down the circuit from 30 to 10 Gb/s, 50 % of its power consumption can be saved while keeping the gain constant.
