IBM presents optical receiver at VLSI Symposium 2017

In June, the ADDAPT optical receiver for up to 60 Gb/s with only 1.9 pJ/bit featuring a first-order digital CDR with high jitter tolerance has been presented at the Symposium on VLSI Circuits in Kyoto, Japan.
